C MOUHAMED SENE, 22:(Signed through 2009). The co-defensive Player of the Year in the NBA Development League, he did not play a game with the Sonics. A first-round draft pick who failed to meet expectations, his future is uncertain, especially coming off a knee injury.

SG DAMIEN WILKINS, 28:(Option for 2008-09). The Georgia product averaged 9.2 points and 3.2 rebounds. Probably will not return. Speculation is the Sonics will not pick up a $3.1 million option.

C FRANCISCO ELSON, 32:(unrestricted free agent). Acquired via a trade with San Antonio, it's unlikely he will return. The California product averaged only 3.3 points and 3.2 rebounds.

C ROBERT SWIFT, 22:(Restricted free agent). A first-round draft pick in 2004, Swift was hampered by multiple knee injuries and hasn't met expectations. Probably will not return after averaging only 1.8 points and 2.3 rebounds.

SF RONDALD DUPREE, 27:(free agent). An NBA Development League addition for , the LSU product played only four games and was nothing more than a fill-in for injured players.

ROOKIES

PG RUSSELL WETBROOK, 19:A defensive specialist, the Sonics selected the UCLA product with the No. 4 overall pick in the most recent draft. Averaged 12.7 points, 4.3 assists and 1.6 steals his sophomore year for the Bruins.

PF D.J. WHITE, 21:Played all four years at Indiana. Averaged 17.4 points and 10.3 rebounds as a senior. A little undersized (6-foot-9, 230 pounds) but a rugged, gritty player.

C DEVON HARDIN, 21:Played all four years at California. Averaged 9.3 points, 7.4 rebounds and 1.2 blocked shots his senior year. Viewed as more of shot-block specialist.

PF SERGE IBAKA, 18:An outstanding athlete he will play in Spain for a couple of years before the Sonics bring him to the NBA. The No. 24 overall selection in the recent draft, Ibaka is 6-foot-10 project with tremendous upside.
