The folks from Goolsby, Proctor, Heefner and Gibbs Law Firm have been putting down stakes along across from the First Presbyterian Church on University Ave. for a decade.

It started out as an idea to entertain clients of the firm, which specializes in small business start-ups and civil litigation. Or, as partner David Proctor admits, a good excuse to get together and have a good time on game days.

Each week 150 to 200 Sooner fans show up to sample the rotating menu, which tries to find a common link with the day’s opponent, though sometimes they’ll stretch the connection in order to satisfy a particular craving.
