Moore had 47 tackles, three interceptions and returned a fumble for a touchdown as a senior and also played quarterback on offense.
Moore's signing was a positive end to what had been a rough day with Sooners targets who entered signing day undecided.
Athlete Adrian Baker chose Clemson, offensive tackle Josh Outlaw signed with Texas Tech and offensive tackle George Adeosun decided to go with Virginia over Oklahoma.
