Unsurprisingly, with the game being televised on pay-per-view, the Sooners will wait to unveil their alternate uniforms.

Sooners coach Bob Stoops said Monday that OU would wear their traditional outfits Saturday against Louisiana Tech.

He also said he hadn’t decided when the team would break out the “Bring The Wood” alternates for the first time.

“I haven’t had much of a plan on that yet,” Stoops said. “I probably should.”

He went on to say OU’s captains along with athletic director Joe Castiglione would be the ones making that decision when it happens.

The Sooners announced quarterback Trevor Knight, offensive tackle Daryl Williams, cornerback Julian Wilson, defensive end Chuka Ndulue, linebacker Eric Striker and kicker Michael Hunnicutt as captains Monday.
