Mick, in the Big 12 you play everybody in your division every year, you play 1/2 of the teams in the other division 2 straight years, then flip to the other 1/2.

I agree you got hosed by the officials last year against Oregon and we hate the Ducks up here in Seattle hopefully the NCAA will do the right a get neutral refs like they do during the bowl games
Gregg, Seattle - May 6, 2008 at 4:10 pm
even with the refs cheating us again, we will win by at least 60 points. My predickshun - 61 - 0.

Just making my statement based on what was being said
before the 2007 started. Maybe in hindsight it didn't
turn out to be the toughest, but it wasn't an easy
schedule by any means. Yes, I agree OU should be
favored to win this game against the UW. OU should
be scouting QB Jake Locker very carefully. If he
isn't covered he could lead the Huskies to an upset.

Sorry about the spelling. I was born and raised in Canada. OU has a way better team. You should be ashamed if don't win going away. As for toughest schedule the Huskies were given that title by ESPN. Does the Big Twelve play a round robin schedule or do you skip some league teams every year?
mickey, sumner - May 6, 2008 at 3:39 pm
as for the toughest, not even close... go look at the SEC schedules.
Bryan, Lawton - May 6, 2008 at 3:26 pm
washington still has nowhere near the tallent level of oklahoma, granted though washington does have a decent coaching staff.
Bryan, Lawton - May 6, 2008 at 3:25 pm
The Huskies had arguably the toughest schedule of
anyone last year.
Here is the 2007 schedule:

Aug. 31 at Syracuse
Sep. 8 Boise State
Sep. 15 Ohio State
Sep. 22 at UCLA
Sep. 29 USC
Oct. 13 at Arizona State
Oct. 20 Oregon
Oct. 27 Arizona
Nov. 3 at Stanford
Nov. 10 at Oregon State
Nov. 17 California
Nov. 24 Washington State
Dec. 1 at Hawai’i

hey itmustsuck, leave mickey alone he just wants to be able to type OU in something lol
Bryan, Lawton - May 6, 2008 at 2:18 pm
and mickey look at our non conference over the next few years florida st. ohio st. notre dame tennessee and miami. toughest ones you have for the next 8 years is OU Nebraska and notre dame. so come on who plays the tougher schedules?
Bryan, Lawton - May 6, 2008 at 2:17 pm
mickey, leave the canadian spelling up in canada, we do not use "our" in favored, colored, flavored, you get it! Yes Washington plays harder teams at first, this we agree, but the talent level of Washington vs. Oklahoma is quite different, OU is favoured, haha to win, is Washington?
itmustsucktobeosu, ardmore - May 6, 2008 at 1:53 pm
originally OU was scheduled to play Clemson, but clemson's ad said they have a good chance of winning the ACC this year so they didn't want to take any chances... i guess we see the differnce between the acc and big 12.
Bryan, Lawton - May 6, 2008 at 1:52 pm
Cincy is no slouch, went 10-3 last year in the Big East, have 16 starters returning but not their QB. I agree on the Chattanooga, but aren't they a filler team for someone who bailed earlier?
Ed Lova, Oklahoma City - May 6, 2008 at 1:36 pm
Tennessee Chattanooga and Cincinnati then UW? Not starting with any easy games are you. The Huskies play Oregon and BYU in their first two games. 2-0 OU vs 0-2 UW. OU should be favoured by 35 points.
mickey, sumner - May 6, 2008 at 11:50 am
Our Sooners should get a warm reception in Seattle if the Sonics relocate to OKC for next season... I think ESPN recognizes this game could be interesting for a variety of reasons!
