Sooners survive scare from Kansas State
NORMAN — On Halloween night, Oklahoma survived quite the scare from Kansas State .
Despite leading by three touchdowns in the first quarter, the Sooners had to hold off the Wildcats late for a 42-30 victory at Owen Field to move to 5-3 overall and 3-1 in the Big 12 .
Redshirt freshman quarterback Landry Jones had a big night, completing 26 of 37 passes for 294 yards and four touchdowns.
