Sources: Dodgers lefty Kershaw lands 7-year, $215M deal Published: January 15, 2014

The Los Angeles Dodgers and Clayton Kershaw have agreed on a seven-year, $215 million deal, sources with knowledge of the situation told

The deal averages out to about $30.7 million a year, with an out clause in the fifth year.

Kershaw is a two-time Cy Young winner and two-time Warren Spahn Award winner as the best left-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball.
