Oklahoma City police and the FBI are searching for a man who robbed a bank Thursday morning.

About 9 a.m., police received a call from The Republic Bank & Trust, 11801 S Western Ave., that a man approached a teller and said, “Give me the money,” FBI spokesman Martinus McConnell said. The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of cash in a white plastic bag. The robber left the scene on foot, heading south from the bank, McConnell said.

The bank robber was described as a white man in his late 20s to early 30s, 6 feet tall and 180 pounds with a medium build. He was wearing a dark jacket, blue jeans, dark sunglasses and a red ski mask, McConnell said.

McConnell said no weapon was observed in the robbery and no one was hurt. No injuries were reported.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the FBI at 290-7770.
