Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy admits Oklahoma City students

The students were accepted by Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy in Weatherford.

Four students from Oklahoma City are among those accepted into the spring 2013 professional class of the Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy in Weatherford.

Michael Huy Nguyen, a Westmoore High School graduate, is the son of Lam Van Nguyen and Kim Tram Nguyen of Oklahoma City.

Jade Nyema Elliott, a graduate of Putnam City North High School, is the son of J. Nyema and Gurley A. Elliott of Oklahoma City.

Nkegoa Ateh is the son of Atayo Martin and Tamor Odella Atembeh of Oklahoma City.

Nana B. Asante, a Putnam City High School graduate, is the daughter of George Opoku Asante of Massachusetts and Afia Adomah Osei of Oklahoma City.

Twenty women and 15 men were admitted into the program for the spring semester. The College of Pharmacy admits 85 students to its doctor of pharmacy program during the fall and spring semesters.
