Sovereignty could make Oklahoma stand out

Without the pesky interference of the federal government, Oklahoma can finally do what it wants.

State legislators took the first steps toward independence this week when the House of Representatives approved House Concurrent Resolution 1028, which gives Oklahoma sovereignty.
