Special-education teacher arrested for heroin at elementary school

Police arrested a Virginia special-education teacher after they say she was found with heroin at an elementary school.
Jessica L. Young, 35, was arrested on Monday at the school and charged with possession of controlled paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance classified on school property.

"These are very serious charges and the employee was immediately removed from school property," wrote Chesterfield Schools Spokesman Shawn Smith in a statement.
