Spencer man pleads guilty to 1999 drive-by shooting
Keeping his end of a plea bargain, a Spencer man admitted to a 1999 drive-by killing Wednesday and was sentenced to four years in prison.
Tushaunte Eugene “Shawn” Moore , 34, pleaded guilty to killing Collin Austin Moaning, 27, who died June 28, 1999. Moaning was shot in the head March 24, 1999, as he drove a friend's car. The friend, Joseph Dawson , was shot in the left shoulder.
