Sports on TV: OU-Texas ratings down 15 percent from last year

Despite OU's 63-21 rout of Texas, KOCO-5's ratings for Saturday's game were down 15 percent from last year. KOCO got a 34.4, down from a 40.5 in 2011. The storm-delayed OSU-Kansas telecast managed only an 8.2 on FSOK. The first two NLCS telecasts on Fox averaged a 3.9 rating, and the first ALCS games averaged 1.5 on TBS. The Kansas City-Tampa Bay telecast got only a 1.9 on KWTV-9, among the lowest NFL ratings in recent years.
