If you’ve been to a Thunder game, no matter where you sit, you’ve seen — and heard — Terrance Briscoe. You can’t help but notice him. He’s one of the Storm Chasers, the Thunder’s in-game entertainment troupe, and while the group is filled with men and women who take peppy seriously, even the other Storm Chasers acknowledge that Briscoe’s energy is unique.
