Springhill Suites Project Revived for Bricktown

This project, at 600 E Sheridan Avenue, at first glance looks a lot like the one that was rejected for Deep Deuce though it may include more brick than the previous design. It will be five stories high, with 128 guest rooms. The design is again by Sid Parekh of Cypress, Texas, with development by Bricktown Hospitality.


With this potential development, the only question is what will happen with the Stewart Metal property on the south side of Sheridan Avenue, west of the Springhill Suites site, previously bought by the owners of the Wormy Dog Saloon.
