Parker isn't quite convinced Ibaka is out: "I don't believe it. I'll believe it when I see it."— Dan McCarney (@danmccarneysaen) May 18, 2014
Leonard not convinced Ibaka is out, either. Sounds like the Spurs are preparing for him to play, regardless of reports of his injury.— Dan McCarney (@danmccarneysaen) May 18, 2014
The Spurs are skeptical of the severity of Serge Ibaka's injury.
The Thunder announced that the Thunder forward would likely miss the rest of the postseason with a calf injury, but the Spurs are still keeping their guard up headed into Monday's Game 1.
On his live chat this morning, Berry Tramel answered questions on the possibility of Ibaka playing in the postseason and the Spurs' line of thought in "preparing" for Ibaka.
"That's just Popovich playing mind games," Tramel said. "He doesn't have the injured guy, so he can't play mind games. He has to do it with the other guy's injured player."
