The Oklahoma City Thunder's biggest victory in team history on Wednesday night also broke the team's local ratings record. The TNT telecast of Game 6 got a 34.9 rating (percent of TV homes) in Oklahoma City, breaking the record of 34.1 for Game 5 of the Lakers series May 21 on TNT. The Game 6 telecast also set a record in Tulsa with a 19.3.
The telecast fared well nationally with a 6.0 fast national rating and 9.5 million viewers. The Western Conference Finals averaged a 5.0 rating and 7.8 million viewers, up 16 percent in ratings and 13 percent among viewers from last year's WCF (Thunder vs. Mavericks).
Overall, TNT's NBA playoff coverage delivered the network's second most-viewed and second highest-rated playoffs in its 28 years of coverage. TNT's 42 telecasts averaged a 3.1 rating and 4.8 million viewers.

Fox Sports Oklahoma will continue to follow the Thunder in the NBA Finals with special “Thunder Live” postgame shows after every game in the championship series.
Fox Sports Oklahoma Thunder announcers Brian Davis, Grant Long and Kelly Crull will be joined by “Thunder Live” analyst Stephen Howard and anchors Dana Larson and John Rhadigan to break down the games and offer a local perspective.
WCWS RATINGS SHOW INCREASE
Ratings for Games 1 and 2 of the Women's College World Series were up slightly from last year. ESPN2 received a 1.0 for Game 1 and 0.9 for Game 2, both up from 0.8 last year. The rain-delayed Game 3 got an 0.7 with no comparison available from last year.
