State officials are looking at contingency plans if lawmakers don't work out a budget.
State agencies could shutdown July first without funding.
Governor Henry might have to call national guard troops to patrol state prisons.
State lawmakers have three weeks to finalize a budget.

The F-D-A has approved the use of Gardasil... the first vaccine to protect women against cervical cancer.
The drug protects against a common sexually transmitted virus that can lead to the disease.
The government still has to decide if the vaccine should be mandatory or recommended.
