St. Anthony cancer institute in Oklahoma City offers art experience

Painting event led by a professional artist set for Tuesday at St. Anthony Hospital's cancer institute.

The St. Anthony Frank C. Love Cancer Institute will host a guided painting event open to cancer patients, survivors, families and the general public.

The free event is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the St. Anthony Hospital Frank C. Love Cancer Institute resource center, between NW 9 and NW 10.

The healing experience will feature a professional artist who will guide participants step-by-step through recreating a featured painting.

Each person created a unique piece of art to take home.

Experienced and novice painters are welcome.

Seating is limited.
