Gerald Redbuffalo, 43, was found stabbed about 2:30 a.m. at 1021 SW 60, police Master Sgt. Gary Knight said.

Bryant Coker, 35, was arrested at the scene on a first-degree murder complaint, Knight said.

A second man, Thomas Condulle, 40, was also stabbed during the attack, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening, Knight said.

It appears the victims of the attacks went to the residence to visit with Condulle's ex-wife when a fight broke out between the two men and Coker, Knight said.

Rebbuffalo was dead at the scene and Condulle was taken to OU Medical Center, Knight said.

Coker initially left the scene after the attack, but later returned to the scene and surrendered to police.
