Standoff follows cat’s death in Oklahoma City

Two 911 calls of a "disturbed” man breaking glass, yelling and "trying to kill a cat” led to a five-hour standoff Monday at an apartment complex.

Police finally forced their way into an apartment, and Tuyen Ngoc Vo , 50, was taken to the Oklahoma County jail on a complaint of suspicion of animal cruelty.
