MOORE – Police used a shotgun that fires non-lethal beanbags to end a standoff early Friday, said police Sgt. Jeremy Lewis.

About 5 a.m. police went to a domestic disturbance at the Jamestown Square Apartments near NW 12 and Janeway Avenue in Moore, Lewis said.

A man had his family detained in a bathroom. Family members were able to get away and call police. Officers tried to negotiate with the man before opening fire on him with the non-lethal shotgun.
