Donors meet blood need
Oklahoma Blood Institute officials said Monday the critical need for blood has ended thanks to people who donated blood over the past two weeks. The institute announced an urgent-need situation Dec. 28, and continued with less than a two-day supply of blood until Monday. "This was the first time in 10 months that OBI was forced to make a public appeal for blood donors,” an official said.
