A judge Friday ruled the evidence against a murder defendant is sufficient for a trial, even though her husband’s body was never found.

Exondia J. Salado , 37, is accused of fatally shooting Manuel Salado in early October 2007 at their Oklahoma City apartment. Two friends testified she said she shot him and burned his body.
