Man held in search for ex-wife
The former husband of a missing Del City woman was detained when he was found driving the woman's car with her two children Saturday afternoon, police said Sunday.

A conflict erupted when Dontee Johnson, 34, was taken into custody, Del City police Capt. Jody Suit said.

Johnson was expected to be booked Sunday on two complaints of lewd acts on a child under the age of 16, Suit said.

Del City police still are investigating the disappearance of Nakketa Smith, 31, who vanished Friday and is feared to be the victim of foul play.

Persons with information are asked to call the Del City Police Department at 677-2443.

OKLAHOMA CITY
Police chase turns fatal
A suspect in a stolen pickup crashed into a pillar of the Interstate 40 bridge over northbound May Avenue Sunday evening, killing a woman, Oklahoma City police said.

A police officer was chasing the pickup, which was reported stolen near 29th Street and Brookline. The officer ended the chase, but the suspect continued and eventually hit the bridge.

The officer did not see the crash, which occurred about 9:50 p.
