Oklahoma high court allows attorney to practice again
An Oklahoma City attorney who was sentenced to a federal prison for filing a false bankruptcy report will be allowed to practice law again.
In an opinion filed Tuesday, the state Supreme Court voted 7-2 to allow Kwame T. Mumina to return to practicing law. He must pay costs of $2,797. Mumina, resigned from the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1997 facing disciplinary action.
