Spears was killed about 3:25 a.m. Saturday in two-car collision on State Highway 3 about eight miles east of Ada.

Investigators said an eastbound vehicle went left of center and struck Spears’ westbound car. Spears was thrown out and died at the scene. A passenger, Aimee Crippen, 24, of Ada, was admitted to an Oklahoma City hospital in critical condition.

Robert Lee Washington, 29, Oklahoma City

Washington died two weeks ago in a morning motorcycle crash near Interstate 44 and Classen, but was not identified until recently.

The accident occurred Nov. 14. Troopers said Washington was westbound on I-44 when he lost control and his motorcycle hit a retaining wall. He was thrown.

Zachary Tays, 20,

Edmond

Tays died Wednesday, five days after a crash on Interstate 40 in Oklahoma City. About 3:14 a.m. Nov. 21, Tays was driving a pickup east on the I-40 when it left the roadway, and he overcorrected and lost control. The truck rolled three times. Tays was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle.
