A Stillwater woman accused of misusing her powers as a legal guardian of a physically and mentally incapable man has been charged with financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult.

The Stillwater NewsPress reports that Dana Kathleen Frank, 55, used her powers as guardian to write checks totaling $454,813 from the victim’s account for her own use.
