Chris Brown and Allen Patrick
Without leading rusher DeMarco Murray in the lineup, Brown and Patrick put together impressive performances against the hapless Cowboy run defense.

Last weekend in a 34-27 loss to Texas Tech, the duo combined for just 41 yards, while Murray carried the rushing load.

But against OSU, the two combined for four touchdowns and 278 yards, averaging 5.8 yards per carry.

Sooner offensive line
OU's offensive game plan wasn't complicated. The Sooners relied on their big offensive line and ran over the Cowboys with Patrick and Brown. When OU did throw, quarterback Sam Bradford had all the time he wanted to find an open receiver downfield.

Sooner defensive ends
For the first time since losing Big 12 sack leader Auston English to injury three games ago, OU's defensive front pressured an opposing quarterback.

Defensive ends Alonzo Dotson and Jeremy Beal had their best games of the season, repeatedly slicing their way into the backfield and disrupting OSU's offensive scheme.
