Ricky Price
The former wide receiver has struggled at times after switching to defense in the off-season. Price has started at weak safety all season but still has a long ways to go. Against the Sooners he recorded a career-high 13 tackles. Price has averaged more than nine tackles the past three games.

In their previous eight games, the Cowboys averaged 547.7 yards and 38.1 points. In Bedlam, the Cowboys were held to 299 yards. The offense technically scored only 10 points. One touchdown was set up by a Jacob Lacey interception he returned to the 1-yard line.

Defensive tackles
The Sooners effectively ran the ball up the middle from start to finish. OU averaged 5.5 yards per rushing attempt. Entering the game opponents averaged only 3.9 yards per carry against the Cowboys.
