It's a day that many people will never forget.

It's a day when the nation comes together to remember victims and their families.

Sept. 11, 2001 is a day that impacted the lives of thousands, including those in Oklahoma. In the Storify below, Oklahomans reflect on the 11th anniversary of the terror attacks that destroyed the Twin Towers and killed nearly 3,000 people.
