Storm chances increasing in central Oklahoma Wednesday

There are chances for storms in central Oklahoma Wednesday. The National Weather Service forecast shows possible severe storms with hail and damaging winds Wednesday night.

Thursday night: Showers and thunderstorms likely mainly before 1 a.m. Mostly cloudy with a low around 61. East wind 5 to 7 mph becoming light and variable. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent.

Friday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a high near 74. North, northeast wind around 8 mph.

Friday night: Mostly cloudy with a low around 56.

Saturday: Mostly sunny with a high near 75.

Saturday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 51.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with a high near 71.

Sunday night: Mostly clear with a low around 54.

Monday: Mostly sunny with a high near 79.

Monday night: Mostly clear with a low around 59.

Tuesday: Sunny with a high near 80.
