An LA Film School student is reportedly suing the writers of 'Men In Black 3' for alleged plagiarism, according to Yahoo TV.

"Men In Black 3, Prometheus and Elysium" may have more in common than just being sci-fi films. According to allegations made in a recently filed lawsuit, all three films were stolen from a homework assignment written by a Los Angeles Film School student.

According to court documents reportedly obtained by TMZ, former LAFS student Constantino Basile is suing the writers of MIB3 for a whopping $2 billion, claiming that they lifted ideas from two of his scripts that he turned in as part of a class assignment, Yahoo TV reports.
