Students, faculty remember coach
Cycle crash killed teacher from Choctaw.

MIDWEST CITY — Former Oklahoma State University baseball player and high school coach Jamie Cook died late Wednesday in a motorcycle accident, police said.

Cook, 36, of Midwest City, was an assistant baseball and football coach at Choctaw High School , where he taught geometry and algebra.
