College students may be in class only a few hours each day, but studying for those courses is a full-time job, according to College Board, the organization that issues the SAT.
For most students, simply cramming for exams won't result in good grades. Student should spend about 40 hours each week in class, at labs or meetings, in study groups or doing homework.
