After a weekend of stormy weather, sunshine returns this week in Oklahoma. Sunny skies are in the forecast through Wednesday with a slight chance of rain Thursday.

Monday: Sunny with a high near 71. North wind 7 to 13 mph becoming east, southeast.

Monday night: Mostly clear with a low around 48. East, southeast wind between 5 and 7 mph.


Tuesday: Sunny with a high near 77. South southeast wind between 6 and 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear with a low around 54. South wind between 11 and 15 mph with gusts as high as 22 mph.

Wednesday: Sunny with a high near 81. South southwest wind between 15 and 23 mph with gusts as high as 32 mph.

Wednesday Night: Mostly clear with a low around 58.

Thursday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny with a high near 77.
