Skies will be sunny with temperatures in the low 60s in central Oklahoma Wednesday, the National Weather Service reports.

North, northwest winds will gust up to 23 mph.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:

Wednesday: Sunny with a high near 61. North, northwest wind 11 to 16 mph with gusts as high as 23 mph.

Wednesday night: Mostly clear with a low around 42. North, northwest wind 5 to 8 mph becoming calm.

Thursday: Sunny with a high near 72. South wind 9 to 14 mph increasing to 17 to 22 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 31 mph.

Thursday night: Mostly clear with a low around 51. South wind 14 to 18 mph with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Friday: Mostly sunny with a high near 74. Windy with a south wind 18 to 23 mph increasing to 24 to 29 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

Friday night: Mostly cloudy with a low around 47. Windy.

Saturday: Partly sunny with a high near 58.

Saturday night: Mostly cloudy with a low around 39.

Sunday: Partly sunny with a high near 54.

Sunday night: Mostly cloudy with a low around 36.
