A four-year starter for the Huskies, Newland is waiting on his first offer.

18. Ben Oberste

Committed to Tulsa

Ath., Sallisaw, 6-2, 203 (13)

Oberste will play QB for the Black Diamonds but could wind up elsewhere at TU.

19. Devanta Johnson

DB, Tulsa Central, 6-0, 175 (18)

Back at Tulsa Central after brief transfer to Tulsa East Central led to eligibility issues.

20. Frankie Davis

DE, Broken Arrow, 6-3, 225 (19)

Davis, whose offers include Arkansas St., Colorado St., Memphis and Tulsa, plans on waiting until after the season to commit.

21. Blake Mejia

OL, Tulsa Union, 6-3, 280 (20)

Yet another of a very talented class for the four-time defending champions.

22. Trey'Vonne Barr'e

RB, Jenks, 5-10, 175 (21)

Barr'e opened eyes last season after filling in for the injured Alex Ross.

23. Jordan Evans

LB, Norman North, 6-3, 205 (24)

The outside linebacker has offers from Navy, New Mexico and Ohio.

24. Kerwin Thomas

DB, Wagoner, 5-10, 160 (22)

Thomas' size has kept him from offers so far, but he's worked to get stronger through the summer.

25. Diquon Woodhouse

Ath., Altus, 5-11, 183 (26)

Woodhouse, who missed last season with a knee injury, has offers from Navy, New Mexico, South Dakota and Wyoming.

26. Cameron Wrenn

Wrenn figures to see time at WR this season as the Tigers look to use Wrenn and junior Devon Thomas at the same time.

Moves over to cornerback after playing safety for Hornets last season.

28. Cory Irwins

The only thing holding Irwins back from skyrocketing up the list is his health.

29. Zac Uhles

Uhles jumped at the TU offer, giving the Golden Hurricane a pair of in-state OL commits.

30. Joe Bean

DB, Hooker, 6-1, 195 (NR)

Bean, who also plays QB, is opening up eyes in the panhandle.
