If you bet on a safety being the first points in the Super Bowl, you won big on Sunday. The money line in Vegas hovered around +4000 for a first-score safety, which occurred on the first offensive play of the game, according to USA TODAY.

Thanks to the snap that flew past Peyton Manning’s head, a jeweler will refund $70k in merchandise to more than 400 people. For the two weeks prior to the Super Bowl, customers at Jeff Dennis Jewelers were promised that if the first score of the game was a safety, their purchase would be refunded. The store insured itself, just to be safe.
