There are plans for at least two more “Bob Moore” novels from Andry, who is also working on the fantasy novel “Touch of Pain.”

“Touch of Pain” is “a fantasy novel set in a city, controlled by clerics and protected by the gods, about a man who is cursed to feel pain at the slightest touch,” Andry said. “With the help of his brother, he'll have to risk everything to lift his curse and save the woman he loves. It's a shorter novel that explores a lot of the themes you see in typical fantasy settings in much the same way that I explore the themes common in comic book settings in the Bob Moore books.”

Webcomic artist Steve Broome, who illustrated webcomics “The Call” and “Future Kings” provided the cover for “Hostile Territory.”

Fans of “Bob Moore” can friend the character on his Facebook fan page, where they can find out what Bob is up to in between novels.

“One of the more interesting things I've done with Bob to help fans connect with him is starting a Facebook page,” Andry said. “Titled Bob Moore Investigations, it allows me to tell some of the adventures Bob has between books. I also tend to drop hints about upcoming books. A few of my staunchest fans on the Facebook page (and elsewhere) will find their names popping up in ‘Hostile Territory' and future books.”
