Supreme Court rules executions can proceed

The Oklahoma Supreme Court Wednesday evening ruled two convicted murderers’ executions can go forward.

Justices voted 5-4 Monday to halt the executions. They voted unanimously Wednesday to dissolve that stay.

Clayton Derrell Lockett and Charles Frederick Warner are now scheduled to be put to death by lethal injection Tuesday.
