A man wanted in connection with bail jumping and second degree burglary escaped this afternoon from Oklahoma County sheriff's deputies despite a Taser being used on him while they were trying to arrest him, officials said.
Deputies were at a residence in the 3500 block of S Douglas Boulevard about 4 p.m. when Sean Zorn, 20, pulled up in a red Nissan Pathfinder, officials said. Zorn tried to drive off, but a deputy spotted him and attempted to get him out of the vehicle.
A sheriff's spokesman said Zorn refused to stop, and the deputy used his Taser on him. Zorn was then able to drive away, hitting another vehicle in the process. Deputies gave chase, but Zorn was able to get onto Interstate 40 and escape.
Anyone who knows where Zorn might be can call the Oklahoma County sheriff's warrant hotline at 713-6262.
