Swine flu claims first victim in Bosnia
SARAJEVO , Bosnia-Herzegovina (AP) — Officials are reporting Bosnia's first death from swine flu.
Officials from the Institute for microbiology in Sarajevo confirmed Monday that a 40-year-old man who died Sunday evening in a hospital in the southern city of Mostar died of complications caused by H1N1.
Initial reports given by the Mostar hospital said the man died of pneumonia.
