People ages 19 to 64 years with chronic medical conditions now can receive vaccinations at the free clinics.

With the first vaccine shipments, health officials focused their efforts on vaccinating children ages 6 months to 18 years.

Other priority groups who can be vaccinated at the clinics are pregnant women and custodial parents of infants younger than 6 months old.

The county health department will continue to expand who can receive vaccinations as more become available, health officials said.
