Swiss bank Julius Baer cautious about US tax probe

GENEVA (AP) — Swiss bank Julius Baer Group has cautioned investors that the outcome of a U.S. probe into whether it helped American clients cheat on their taxes is uncertain.

The Zurich-based bank says it is cooperating with authorities in Switzerland and the United States and has handed Washington data about its U.S. operations in the past.
