Switching problems causing LIRR delays

NEW YORK (AP) — The Long Island Rail Road says switching problems are causing delays on eastbound rush-hour trains.

LIRR says the troubles are affecting all branches. The railroad says riders leaving Penn Station Monday evening should expect 20 to 30 minute delays.
