Taking wrong course on illegal immigration
When federal agents raided the Yamato Engine Specialists plant in Bellingham , Wash., on Feb. 24, they found 28 illegal immigrants working there. Five weeks later, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency ordered these illegals released and offered them work permits while their cases were "reviewed.”
