OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Derek Odell and Brett Johnson each had two-run singles in a six-run ninth-inning rally as TCU stunned second-seeded Oklahoma State 8-4 on Thursday night in the Big 12 tournament.

Vince Wheeland (8-2) retired the first eight batters he faced before letting the Horned Frogs (29-26) load the bases with one out in the ninth.

Odell blooped Oklahoma State closer Brendan McCurry's first pitch into center to tie it. After a wild pitch, McCurry intentionally walked Kevin Cron and hit Kevin Jones in the left leg to force in the go-ahead run. Johnson followed with his two-run single, and another run scored on Cody Jones' infield single.

Trevor Seidenberger (3-4) allowed just one hit and struck out nine in 5 1-3 innings of relief for TCU.

The Cowboys (39-15) did all their scoring in the second inning on Donnie Walton's two-run single and Tanner Krietemeier's two-run double.
