Teenager charged in arson, murders in court Monday
A teenager accused of throwing an explosive into the home of an elderly couple will be in court today. Prosecutors charged Tristan Owen with two-counts of first degree murder and one count of arson for the deaths of Boyd and Doris Haynes.
