Thursday will be hot and windy in central Oklahoma.

The National Weather Service forecast shows sunshine with gusts up to 32 mph and temperatures in the 90s.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:

Thursday: Sunny with a high near 93. South wind 14 to 23 mph with gusts as high as 32 mph.

Thursday night: Mostly clear with a low around 73. South wind 17 to 22 mph decreasing to 11 to 16 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 31 mph.

Friday: Mostly sunny with a high near 92. South, southwest wind 16 to 21 mph with gusts as high as 29 mph.

Friday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 73. South wind 9 to 17 mph with gusts as high as 24 mph.

Saturday: Sunny with a high near 93. South wind 13 to 21 mph with gusts as high as 29 mph.

Saturday night: Mostly clear with a low around 71.

Sunday: Sunny with a high near 94.

Sunday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 73.

Monday: Sunny with a high near 95.

Monday night: Mostly clear with a low around 72.

Tuesday: Sunny with a high near 95.

Tuesday night Mostly clear, with a low around 75.

Wednesday: Sunny and hot, with a high near 97.
